E-commerce platforms such as Taobao may involve illegal commercial practices; please shop with caution. The special situations below will be regarded as accepted by you and as authorization to proceed. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact Customer Service.
- Sensitive items Items that contain essential oils, care solutions, lubricants, batteries, glues and other sensitive materials may be removed from the package to ensure safe delivery.
- Customs policies Goods with brand logos, large quantities of liquids or powders, items with electronic components, food, medicines and other products may be subject to customs restrictions and carry transport risks. CNBuyhub is not responsible for customs clearance or any legal liabilities arising from such risks.
- No professional inspection available If you purchase electrical appliances, branded goods, tickets, cards, etc., we cannot perform professional inspections (for example: quality, authenticity, or functionality). Inspectors can only check external condition and whether accessories are included; they cannot power on or professionally test device quality.
- Fragile items Products made of ceramic or glass, irregularly shaped parts (such as wipers, dampers, etc.) may be scratched or broken during transit. While we guarantee the item’s integrity before shipment, if such goods are damaged during transport and the carrier classifies them as fragile, any losses resulting from that damage will be borne by you.
- Custom-made products For customized orders we recommend that you negotiate directly with the seller to ensure your requirements are met. After successful negotiation you must provide the chat record number, information, or proof from the WangWang chat with the seller. We cannot perform professional inspection for such items, and losses resulting from customized orders shall be your responsibility.
- Deposit instructions Due to seller policies on Taobao, deposit orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. You must pay the remaining balance within the timeframe specified by the seller before the item is shipped. If the balance is not paid within the required period, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Sellers with poor reputation We recommend choosing stores with good reputations (seller rating of three hearts or above) and that have purchased Taobao protection services. If a seller has low credit and no protection was purchased, there may be risks such as false shipping, failure to ship, lack of after-sales service or lack of protection; losses caused by these issues shall be borne by you.
- Prohibited goods and activities Our company strictly prohibits the sale or shipment of counterfeit goods or products bearing fraudulent brand markings. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer attempting to purchase such items. All products purchased through our service must be genuine and authorized by the respective brand owners. We will not assist in purchasing or shipping counterfeit goods.
In addition to counterfeit goods, the following items and activities are also prohibited:
a. Alcohol, tobacco products, smoking blends, electronic cigarettes (and related liquids).
b. Network storage devices, torrent files, file-sharing libraries and Usenet providers.
c. Malware/spyware providers.
d. Spice (K2) and synthetic drugs.
e. Modified chips and “black boxes” (devices designed to alter or disable restrictions on computers or entertainment equipment).
f. Sale of copyrighted video/audio/visual/software and other materials without the permission of the copyright owner or distributor.
g. Medical and dental devices such as condoms, prescription and colored contact lenses, HIV/diabetes/pregnancy test kits, human organ implants and instruments/equipment used by hospitals, doctors and dentists, as these may violate applicable regulations.
This list is not exhaustive and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service or transaction processing for any items or activities we deem illegal, unsafe, or in violation of our policies. - Product quality Please note that our company accepts no responsibility for the quality, condition, or functionality of products purchased through this service. Customers are responsible for inspecting and confirming the quality of ordered goods before final acceptance. We make no express or implied warranties regarding delivered products. Our role is limited to assisting customers with procurement and shipping. Any issues related to product quality or performance should be resolved directly with the original seller or manufacturer.
